People magazine has stated that Beyonce` Knowles and 6 year boyfriend, Shawn Carter (Jay-Z) have filed for a marriage license in Scarsdale, New York. All I have to say is finally! But Im still a little iffy on it because they usually keep everything undercover, well if its all true CONGRATS Jayonce`!
