Generation Now!

Not to long ago we were considered Generation X, but I think its time for a change!

It is the day to be thankful, and on this day am gaining more and more appreciation for this generation. The reason why? I just experienced one of the most inspiring episodes of the Fox Tv hit show "Glee".



I have always been a fan of this show, but this episode was so touching for many reasons.
Relationships were being restored, honesty was being shown, the music choices were perfect for this episode and soooo touching. I wish there was a way i could show you guys the episode, but maybe u can check it out on Fancast.com

Glee is one of the BEST original shows of our generation. Please keep it coming Glee.

As much as I have disliked a lot of things in this generation, I Hope this show is a sample of whats to come.

RichGirl' Got IT!

"RichGirl is an R&B girl group comprising Audra, Brave, Lyndriette and Seven. The group was formed with the help of record producer Rich Harrison, and is managed by Tina Davis. The quartet is currently recording their self-titled debut album, which will be released in the summer of 2009."

"The group's name, RichGirl, refers to "a certain attitude and confidence, combined with individuality and talent that any girl might posses", rather than material items. Brave says that their sound is "very honest", and "each song tells a specific story". The group wants to "bring the singing back to the songs", which they feel is lacking in the music industry. With that being said, listening to their songs it speaks for itself.
When I first heard the name "RichGirl" I was skeptical, thinking oh is this just another group coming out, but when I finally listened to them I heard SINGING. Each of their voices has its own richness to it, with the tracks underneath their vocals it's just a beautiful sound.



My favorite song by them right now features another great artist Chris Brown.

We all go through our life wondering whats gonna happen next, as if God doesn't already have a plan. Worrying about what people think about us, when everyone is different.

Rihanna is busy getting ready for her upcoming album and has asked new (beast) rapper Drake to help. In a recent interview with DJ Semtex, Drake said that he’s writing for Rihanna right now.

“I’ve never in my mind felt like, “Oh I could probably write something crazy for Rihanna,” that wasn’t my first thought. But being put up to the task, we’re coming up with some special stuff. It’s crazy,” Drake says.

Rumor has it that the two were doing more together than just making music, but hey have not confirmed or denied it. Drake said, “We’re young. We’re just having fun and enjoying life. That’s all.”

Drake is ofcourse working on his own debut, Thank Me Later, and has said he’s looking forward to working with Jay-Z, Kanye West and Lil Wayne. According to Billboard, Drake is close to signing a deal with Universal Motown in one of the biggest bidding wars ever.
